We proudly ship to select international destinations.

Please note that international shipments are subject to your country's customs regulations and import requirements.

Import Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other import charges imposed by your country's customs authorities.

These charges are not included in your purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Customs Processing

Customs clearance procedures vary by country and may occasionally delay delivery beyond the estimated shipping timeframe.

If customs or the shipping carrier requests additional information from you, please respond promptly to help avoid unnecessary delays.

Delivery

Once your order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed due to customs processing or other factors beyond our control.

If a shipment is delayed, refused, returned, or otherwise affected by customs actions, we will work with the carrier to determine the shipment's status and discuss available options with you.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

Customers are responsible for any additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date if tracking shows no delivery) so we can assist with filing a claim with the shipping carrier where applicable.

One suggestion specific to Clairely Amazing

Because you're just beginning international shipping, I'd recommend adding a line such as:

International orders are reviewed individually before shipment. If we are unable to ship an order due to destination restrictions or other shipping limitations, the order will be canceled and fully refunded before shipment.

This gives you flexibility. If you receive an order to a country where you're uncomfortable shipping or where there are known import restrictions, you can cancel the order before sending it instead of being committed to a shipment with a high likelihood of problems.

As your international business grows and you gain experience with different destinations, you can always revise the policy based on what you learn.
