What is the difference between Authentic and Fashion Collection items?
Authentic Luxury items are 100% genuine, verified pieces from established designer brands, each one comes with proof of authenticity. Fashion Collection items are high-quality, inspired designs not affiliated with any luxury brand; they capture a similar look and feel without claiming to be the branded original.
What are GWP items?
GWP stands for Gift With Purchase. These are complimentary items that originally came free with a purchase from luxury brands (such as a branded pouch, mirror, or accessory bundled with a fragrance or skincare set). They're offered here for resale on their own, clearly labeled as GWP so buyers know they weren't sold as standalone retail products.
Can replicas be authenticated?
No. Replicas and Luxury-Inspired pieces are designed to evoke a luxury aesthetic but are not from the original brand, so they cannot pass or be submitted for third-party brand authentication. Only items listed under Authentic Luxury carry that guarantee.
How do Clairely Quality Tiers work?
Each listing is tagged with one of four tiers, Authentic Luxury, Fashion Collection, GWP, or Luxury Inspired, so you know exactly what you're getting before you buy. The tier reflects the item's origin and authenticity status, not necessarily its condition; details on materials, sourcing, and condition are included in each individual product description.
How often do VIP drops happen?
VIP Insider drops happen periodically whenever new limited-quantity stock arrives, announced first and exclusively to the private WhatsApp circle before items go live to the general public. Frequency varies with sourcing, so joining the list is the only way to catch early access before pieces sell out.
